- Experience with PIMs, ERPs, or eCommerce platforms.
- Solid experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience with large enterprise clients and navigating complex implementations.
- Passion for customer success, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to problem-solve creatively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, coupled with technical proficiency.
- Confidence in driving solutions, resolving challenges, and inspiring stakeholders at all levels.
