As IT Operations Manager you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction to optimise network/security operations across the region, ensuring stability, reliability and cost efficiency. You will oversee end to end ITIL process management (Incident, problem and change) and lead incident response to minimise operational disruptions.
The Network Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our client’s network systems, ensuring that all components work collectively to support business operations. The successful candidate will be expected to take initiative in troubleshooting network problems and will interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
