Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our client’s team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analysing business needs, gathering requirements, and driving the successful implementation and enhancement of Salesforce solutions within the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders across business units, conducting workshops to gather and document requirements for Salesforce enhancements and implementations.
- Analyse business processes and recommend Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and administrators to design and implement system improvements.
- Conduct gap analysis and define user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support system testing, create, conduct and manage User Acceptance Testing, and training efforts to ensure successful deployment.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst ideally within financial services otherwise large complex enterprise environments.
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with strong experience conducting workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements into technical specifications, writing user stories, creating and conducting user acceptance criteria.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies utilising Jira, and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Business Analyst) are highly regarded.
