Our client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a key contract. This role involves acting as an internal advocate for the customer, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters, including additional projects.
- Oversee daily operations across two sites, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of 20+ contracted employees.
- Handle payroll, invoicing, and billing in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and contract negotiations for all team members.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring swift resolution.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional development.
- Prepare reports for both clients and senior management.
- Lead the preparation and submission of tender documents for contract renewals.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in the IT sector.
- Proven experience working with Public Sector clients in Ireland
- 5+ years in a management role, with experience in recruitment, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- Strong background in preparing and submitting tenders for public sector contracts.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
PLEASE NOTE - this is an ad-hoc part time contract that will suit candidates who are NOT looking for full time work. On average you would work approx 10 - 12 days per month.
