A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect & Integration Lead to play a pivotal role in a high-profile separation and integration program. This is a chance to join a fast-moving organisation undergoing significant change, where your architectural leadership will directly shape Day 1 readiness, define the Day 2 operating model, and influence how a major technology ecosystem evolves during a complex transition.
This role requires a blend of strong architectural capability, exceptional integration experience, and the ability to operate confidently in environments where ownership, responsibility, and commercial boundaries are evolving. You’ll work across technology, business, vendors, and executive stakeholders to bring clarity, structure, and stability to a separation program with dependencies across multiple organisations.
As the Senior Solutions Architect & Integration Lead, you will:
Define the Day 1 and Day 2 target operating models, including migration pathways, separation sequencing, and supporting architectural artefacts.
Develop enterprise and solution-level blueprints for applications, data, infrastructure, IAM, network, and telephony components.
Provide ongoing architectural governance, advice, and assurance across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Lead the design of integration patterns, data flows, API interactions, identity/authentication pathways, and system interoperability.
Partner closely with platform teams, engineering squads, and external providers to ensure integrations are secure, stable, and aligned to architectural guardrails.
Oversee technical dependencies and ensure a seamless approach to decoupling and separation.
Navigate commercial, operational, and technical complexities across multiple organisations involved in the separation.
Bring structure and clarity to TSA boundaries, accountability allocation, incident ownership, and milestone-driven delivery.
Develop high-quality architectural artefacts, decision records, risk assessments, and executive-ready documentation.
Collaborate with senior technology leaders, product owners, business SMEs, delivery leads, and vendor partners.
Facilitate design workshops, challenge assumptions, and align stakeholders around a clear path to separation.
Provide architectural leadership that balances pragmatism with long-term strategic outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven background as a Senior Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect in large, complex environments.
Demonstrated experience in M&A, divestments, separations, or Day 1/Day 2 integration programs.
Strong understanding of integration architecture, including APIs, data integrations, cloud platforms, networks, telephony/contact centre systems, IAM, and security considerations.
Experience defining target state architectures, roadmaps, solution patterns, and technical governance frameworks.
Ability to work confidently in environments with ambiguity, evolving responsibilities, and commercial/operational interdependencies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills — able to translate complexity into structured, actionable plans.
Background in financial services, lending, banking, or other regulated industries.
Experience working in multi-vendor ecosystems and navigating cross-organisation dependencies.
Strong understanding of risk, compliance, security frameworks, and operational readiness.
High-impact position in a major transformation initiative
Opportunity to influence strategy, operating models, and enterprise technology direction
Work closely with senior executives and key decision-makers
Hybrid work model + competitive package
Join a fast-moving program where architectural leadership is truly valued
