Technical Support Manager Payment Applications

Applications Support Manager - Payments 


We are looking for a strong Applications Support Manager with the drive and ability to support and grow a successful IT Support team within payments.

The company is expanding and this new position has been created to grow an even stronger focus on quality as well as move the company towards being a truly DevOps environment. 

You will have had previous experience managing sizable IT support teams and be a strong communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and move a team with you in the right direction. 


Skills Required 


  • Previous experience (5+ Years ideally) in a similar IT Manager position 
  • Experience working within a 'business critical' organisation with no downtime on systems 
  • A strong people person and communicator 
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and get things done if required 
  • A passion for good work 
  • Previous experience within the finance domain desirable 
  • Previous experience in Payments extremely desirable! 
  • Knowledge of PCI- DSS and ISO 27001 an advantage
