The Position 

Work for an expanding specialist IT software firm as the technical support expert for their bespoke applications. 

Provide expert help & support to Enterprise size clients with a strong focus on customer service in order to gain the best outcomes & maintain a happy client base 

Ensure all issues are logged, monitored, tracked & executed in accordance with ITIL practices



Skills Required 

  • At least 2+ years experience in a similar Application Support (SaaS) function 
  • Clear communication skills both written & verbal 
  • Detailed & well organised 
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (bonus if you have experience with Jira) 


Any of the below are a bonus

  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) 
  • Strong knowledge in ITIL practices
