HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced, organised, enthusiastic professional with a proactive approach - to everything you undertake, in the Human Resources (HR) space.

The job responsibilities include:
  • Joining Process for New joinees & Exit formalities
  • Skill management of staff, organizing training and cross skill sessions
  • Management of Employee benefit programs (Novated leasing, salary sacrifice, salary restructuring, etc.)
  • Plan for organizational branding amongst existing staff and technical community
  • Appraisal process management – handling performance appraisals
  • Manage and assist in Payroll Activities
  • Validate Reference Checks for past employees
  • Handle day to day issues like, performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievances and absence management
 
 
The required skills, attributes and experience for this position include:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, human resources, public sector management, public policy or other relevant disciplines and/or significant senior management experience in a multi-faceted organisation
  • 5 years’ experience in a HR environment, a qualification in Human Resources
  • Experience in leading and driving the development and implementation of people strategies and policies
  • Intermediate level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Office 365 Sharepoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Previous experience or an understanding of visas and sponsorship are an advantage
  • The ability and desire to work with a multicultural, close-knit team and maintain strong relationships with staff across all departments
