We are looking for someone who can create and distribute candidate and client contracts for both new and extended placements. Attention to detail is essential.

You will also need to liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure pay queries are resolved efficiently for our contractors. Providing exceptional support and swift responses are paramount.

What we need from you:

  • The ability to manage all paperwork associated with new starter contracts and any subsequent extensions.
  • Liaison with contractors and clients as the first point of contact, specifically for time sheet, pay and contract queries
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or resource role within a fast-paced industry
  • Review and negotiation of contract amendments where necessary
  • Produce and distribute weekly/monthly contract reports
  • Advise Directors on any project issues requiring attention
  • Support payroll and finance departments to ensure appropriate set ups are completed and accurate payments are consistently made
  • Answer incoming inquiries from contractors and delegate queries as appropriate
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within or selling to large professional corporations
  • Oodles and oodles of positive energy

For this fulltime Contract Administrator role we are offering an attractive salary ranging from $70,000 – $80,000 + Super depending on experience.
