Helpdesk Support

My client is a global insurance business boasting a dynamic and collaborative culture.

Their Helpdesk support team covers a range of L1 and L2 support services they provide to the business, including over the phone and in person.

Due to a team member leaving on maternity leave, they are now on the lookout for a capable Helpdesk support specialist that can join their dynamic team for an initial 6 month contract.

This is a an excellent chance for someone be working across multiple technologies, with further opportunities beyond the initial 6 months.

Key skills required:

  • Strong track record working in Helpdesk/Service Desk Support function covering a blend of L1 & L2 requests
  • Essential Technologies: Windows 10, Azure AD, VPN, ServiceNow, basic networking, Audio Visual ability
  • MUST have strong customer service approach with all levels of the business
  • Experience working efficiently on tickets and ensuring they are completed by following up
  • Must be able to be flexible and adaptable as often will have walk-ups asking for assistance
  • Bonus Microsoft Tech preferred for projects – Azure Defender, Sharepoint, Exchange
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
