Client Solutions Manager

This start-up has an amazing payment platform product, it actually offers WAY more than just that!, and is just being released in Australia.  They've got off to flying start and need a Client Solutions Manager to come and join their team.

Included in what you will be responsible for:

  • Ownership of the onboarding process
  • Relationship management for the clients in your portfolio
  • Managing client expectations
  • Form and co-ordinate multi-disciplinary teams (PM, BA, Tech, Ops, SME's) as required for successful onboarding delivery

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years industry experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Knowledge of transactional banking
