IT Support

Our IT Support person will be a troubleshooting dynamo who enjoys improving on existing system processes and functionality. This role is perfect for someone who

The purpose of the role:
  • Support day-to-day operations by providing technical assistance to users and internal staff
  • Onboarding new team members, creating their accounts, and granting access to systems 
  • Provide administrative support for GSuite, Office 365, and HubSpot
  • End-to-end delivery of projects
Key skills:
  • You will have Level 2 or Level 3 helpdesk environment
  • Experience using Windows and Apple products, iOS, macOS, and mobile device management
  • Programming experience  in the following languages is highly regarded: Python, HTML, SQL
  • Previous experience working with APIs and systems integration
