Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a L2 Helpdesk Engineer to join one of Irelands biggest insurance company. Small aspect of field work will be involved in this role so a full Irish driving licence will be needed. Mileage, Accommodation and Meals will be provided when travelling.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Must have in-depth troubleshooting experience.
    • Microsoft
    • Citrix
    • Hardware & Software
    • Mobile
  • Exchange 2016 and O365 setup and administration.
  • Active Directory Group Policy Admin
  • Citrix Administration desirable not necessary
  • VOIP troubleshooting

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Microsoft Certificates will be desirable
  • Networking Certificates such as CCNA or CompTIA+
  • Client facing skills
