Client Service Officer

As the Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all client and stakeholder enquiries and issues relating to products and services. Contact will be a (roughly) 80%-20% via email and phone, and your primary role will be to resolve their queries swiftly, efficiently, provide exceptional client service and leave them with the warm and fuzzies for our client (and you!).
