This leading Employee Experience Platform company are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Coordinator, with a vibrant personality, to join their busy, fun and tight knit team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO;
- Scheduling interviews, extensive diary management.
- Provide employee life cycle and employee journey administration including onboarding and offboarding
- Provide day to day administrative support including maintaining staff records, managing documents and workflows.
- Assisting with HR projects as required.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU HAVE;
- Experience in a similar role.
- Excellent excel, spreadsheet, data skills.
- Talent for providing administrative support with impeccable attention to detail.
- You are energetic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You love demonstrating your fantastic organisational skills.
- You love learning everything there is to learn about HR.
- You know when to be discreet with different types of information.
- You’re warm and human but you know how to represent a company professionally.
This is initially a 6 month contract role that is likely to be extended.
