Talent Coordinator

This leading Employee Experience Platform company are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Coordinator, with a vibrant personality, to join their busy, fun and tight knit team.


  • Scheduling interviews, extensive diary management.
  • Provide employee life cycle and employee journey administration including onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide day to day administrative support including maintaining staff records, managing documents and workflows.
  • Assisting with HR projects as required.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent excel, spreadsheet, data skills.
  • Talent for providing administrative support with impeccable attention to detail.
  • You are energetic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You love demonstrating your fantastic organisational skills.
  • You love learning everything there is to learn about HR.
  • You know when to be discreet with different types of information.
  • You’re warm and human but you know how to represent a company professionally.

This is initially a 6 month contract role that is likely to be extended.
