As our new Marketing Manager / Co-ordinator your role exists to ensure that all divisions of TRC Group live their purpose of making people enjoy the talent acquisition experience again via all channels of communication with the outside world.
Those divisions consist of:
The Recruitment Company – in Sydney the brand is mature and well known, in Dublin its new and developing.
The Services Company – a brand that needs developing for this growing part of our business.

You will be both strategic in your approach, but also very operational in rolling out and implementing everything from brand campaigns, to managing our Instagram account.
Some key ownerships for the role would be around: SEO, content creation (written and video), social media management, website management, brand ownership, marketing projects and campaigns, just to name a few.
The role exists to ensure that we are able to tell the world about some of our amazing initiatives and to promote us as an employer of choice, a valuable member of the various communities we serve and as a preferred recruitment partner to our clients.
There's plenty of variety to keep you busy each day and plenty of opportunity to make the role your own. We love our brand, but we need someone to level up our exposure and to make sure we remain at the forefront of our SEO.
Currently this role is being considered as a permanent part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week. Ideally worked out at 4 hours per day. But there is flexibility in this to suit you.
