The DC& Cloud Operations team is one of the 5 teams in the IT Operations organization and is mainly responsible for the provisioning, configuration, administration, and support of:
As Team lead of EIT Platform Operations, you manage daily the team with technical specialists across multiple locations, and you are an expert in the field of both Cloud solutions (Azure) and On-Prem server and storage technology. You are responsible for planning and contributing to the realization of projects and managing the daily queue of support tickets, respecting the SLAs of the client. You also coordinate and perform system migrations and upgrades respecting our ITIL processes. You work with Service Design in the field of developments and technical solutions which align with our Enterprise Architecture. In addition, you act as a mentor for the team and act as an escalation channel. You bring therefore 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and report to the Global IT Operations Manager and will support the transition of the IT Operations team to the future operating model planned for Q1 2023.
Skills/Knowledge
The team lead will be highly involved in RFP’s the coming months; experience in this area both process but also managing future contracts is key for this role.
