As a Technical Lead, you will be at the helm of the development team, spearheading projects that will leave a lasting impact. A hands-on and technical leadership role, this presents the ideal role for a strong Technology Leader who would also like to keep their technical skills sharp.

What You'll Do

Lead a team of developers (5-6) inspiring them to reach project goals
Drive the delivery of projects with precision, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality
Stay on the cutting edge of technology, exploring new tools and techniques to keep our stack ahead of the curve
50/50 hands-on and technical leadership role

Skills & Attributes Required

A proven track record in frontend development, with a mastery of React and related technologies
A broad technical background specialising in .Net (but also good to have Java or Node) that enables you to tackle challenges from multiple angles
Exceptional technical leadership skills, empowering your team to deliver their best work
A results-driven mindset, focused on achieving and exceeding project goals
