Project Coordinator 6 month initial contract

  • €250 - €300 per day
  • Dublin 12 based: 3 - 4 days in the office
  • Must have drivers license
  • 6 Month Contract with view to extend

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in AV technology to join our clients team on an initial 6-month contract that is likely to extend even further. This role is crucial to the successful execution of their projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:

    • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including task assignments and timelines.
    • Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.
  • Communication:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing daily updates on project status.
    • Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and third-party vendors.
    • Prepare and distribute regular status reports and project updates.
  • Task Management:

    • Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
    • Maintain detailed records of all project activities and decisions.
    • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet the required standards.
    • Implement and maintain project management processes and best practices.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Regularly update clients on project status and address any concerns or queries they may have.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably with AV project experience 
    • Technology hardware project experience is required if not AV
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
