In this role you will be implementing and supporting cloud solutions particularly within the Azure ecosystem and ensuring the reliability , scalability and security of cloud environments while driving innovation and efficiency through cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and supporting cloud solutions, particularly within the Azure ecosystem.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining virtual servers, cloud infrastructure and cloud networks within Azure.
- Implementing Identity Management Solutions
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and security best practices.
- Managing Exchange online environments
- Respond to and resolve customer incidents and service requests.
- Participate in a rotating on-call roster system and be able to undertake support work outside of normal business hours if required

Qualifications:
- 8 years of demonstrated IT experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level Infrastructure resolving complex issues/situations and driving technical resolution across cross-functional organizations
- 5+ years of experience managing and deploying common Azure services (Virtual Machine, Databases, Storage, Virtual Network, Azure Resource Manager, Azure site recovery, Azure backups/restores, Azure High Availability, Azure microservices, Azure HCI)
- 5+ years of experience managing and deploying common Office 365 services (users, security, SharePoint, exchange, teams, licensing, migrating Office 365 domains)
- 5+ years of experience implementing and managing Azure and M365 security and compliance (DLP, Information governance, Advanced Threat Management, AIP, secure score)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing, and managing cloud networking and security experience (firewalls, network security groups, Express route, Azure VPN, Microsoft Azure networking and security best practices)
- Proven experience deploying and migrating cloud workloads (Office 365, Azure)
- Experience with Intune, Intune policy creation, device enrolment, device compliance, policy troubleshooting, Autopilot.
- Experience in Azure automation and PowerShell scripting
