We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join a large professional services firm on a 6-month initial contract in Dublin. This is a key role supporting several high-profile public sector projects, with an immediate focus on a CRM 2011 to D365 upgrade. The successful candidate will also be involved in other exciting infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely delivery and smooth upgrade with minimal disruption of IT Infrastructure for CRM upgrade
- Oversee and coordinate multiple infrastructure projects within the public sector, working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Ensure compliance with public sector standards and internal governance frameworks.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager, ideally with a background in public sector or professional services.
- Expertise in CRM system upgrades/migrations, particularly CRM 2011 to D365 (Dynamics 365).
- Experience managing multiple large-scale infrastructure projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with public sector standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud technologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
