Role: Mid - Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack / Backend)
As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in building the platform. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive innovation. This role will have you navigate between detailed coding, broader product strategies, and finding the best solutions to create meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Enable enterprise clients to deploy a dynamic range of AI agents from third-party platforms
• Develop AI products using Node.js, integrating AI tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and Flowise
• Discover and integrate new partnerships, products, and AI technologies—always staying ahead of the curve
• Design and implement algorithms for AI agents using Node.js and AI frameworks
• Strategize the integration of new features and APIs across platforms in large-scale environments
• Ensure our solutions exceed user expectations with an emphasis on user needs and a meticulous approach
• Uphold enterprise-grade compliance standards, like SOC2, ensuring the products are secure and reliable
Skills & Expertise Needed
• 4 - 7+ years of software development experience
• Strong background in Node.js development (Python experience is a plus)
• Experience with LangChain and AI Agent frameworks, or a passion to learn— you will be trained!
• Proven track record of building secure, scalable APIs and strong understanding of cloud environments
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices such as CI/CD and TDD
• High attention to detail, organized, and agile—you’re someone who gets things done
