As the person who pays the wages, Rita is officially the most popular person in the company. Known for her diligence, thoroughness and direct, no-frills approach, Rita is the glue that holds things together.
In a previous life, before her recruitment agency career, Rita was a lawyer in China. She’s a sports fanatic, gym junky and secret Xena fan (although obviously the secret is out now). She’s also thrilled to have met one of her favourite opera singers, Cecilia Bartoli.
Rita manages contractor payroll and is known by The Recruitment Company’s contractors as the go-to person to get things done. She’s cool, calm and collected, and we couldn’t get by without her.
Can’t tolerate: Hypocrisy and ignorance.
