The Recruitment Company has been named as an Employer of Choice in the 2017 Australian Business Awards.
The award was given largely due to the innovative HR systems we've implemented over the last few years. Some of these initiatives have included the abolition of reviews, flexible working, activity based working, and a complete revamp of promotion processes.
A large factor in our status as Employers of Choice has been our focus on diversity, not only internally (where 50% of our leaders and board are female) but also externally where we've been active in the market, helping clients build their own diversity initiatives.
Sarah Banek, our People and Performance Director and the architect of our award winning culture said of the award, "all i do, day ina nd day out, is strive to build a great culture. The ABA is testament to the fact that its working".
