What happens when The Recruitment Company hits targets? Fun, quirky, exceptional celebrations! As part of our mission to make every experience with our customers surpass their expectations, we set an ambitious goal – to raise the bar to the point where over 90% of customers surveyed told us that we were “exceptional” – and we smashed it! 96% of customers said we were exceptional and so we took the whole company away to Berry for 2 nights to celebrate Christmas in July. Incentives for our team are always fun-filled and a break away from the recruitment routine helps keep our consultants happy and sane. The team clocked off at 1o’clock, to be picked up by our driver and enjoy a cheeky roadie or two whilst unwinding on the drive to Berry.. Bundara Farm was warm, homely and had everything we needed, including a big stone fireplace that was the heart of the beautiful home And the perfect setting for winter weekend shenanigans.
This weekend gave us the chance to dust off our worst Christmas jumpers, Santa hats, pop open some bubbly, experience a delicious catered Christmas dinner by Mish Delish, play giant Jenga over copious amounts of quality red wine and unwrap some silly secret Santa gifts. All after playing 9 holes of golf or being pampered with a Swedish massage for 75 minutes – what more could we have asked for?!
Our Christmas in July (in August) celebration was just like a traditional family Christmas – except in this case, we all still liked one another at the end. Here’s to hitting more targets and further celebrations! Thanks for a great weekend away team, it really was exceptional!
