Starting off with an off-site visit to give us a more creative and innovative mind-set we made our way to the UNSW ThinkPod room. We were then able to brainstorm together and give our own individual opinions on objectives, goals and strategies for the coming New Year.
With all of this information in mind, the management team then leave to discuss final strategic plans and our team leave feeling empowered – the way any employee wants to feel!
We have experienced an extraordinary amount of growth and taken hold of every opportunity in 2015 so we have no doubt in our minds that 2016 is going to be a remarkable year!
