The Recruitment Company hosted this quarters amazing Meet A Recruiter event in Sydney. With over 60 candidates booked in to get impartial and personal advice on their job hunt it was pretty busy in the TRC office. But plied with pizza, coffee and the buzz of meeting some amazing candidates, our consultants, and those of the other agencies volunteering their time, worked into the evening.
Meet A Recruiter is the brainchild of our friends over at Smaart recruitment. We've taken part in past events so this time we didn't hesitate to volunteer to host this valuable community engagement event.
Thanks to all the amazing candidates who came along to give us insights into your struggles out in the market. Our aim is to make people enjoy the recruitment experience again and this really ehlped us see how we can make this happen.
