The Recruitment Company has been named as Australia's most innovative recruitment agency by a panel of judges at Seek. In this year's SARA's we were up against some tough competition but in the end we took home the trophy. We originally won a SARA for innovation in 2017, we also won an Australian Business Award for Product Innovation in 2016 and 2017 and a Recruitment International Award for Recruitment Innovator of the Year in 2018. All of these awards have been based on our Video Dashboard suite of products.
As the award ceremony was held the same night as our contractor christmas party we only sent 2 of the team to Melbourne. In true TRC tradition Simon gave a terrible speech.
The video dashboard suite has evolved considerably over the last few years but we believe it hasn't begun to reach its full potential yet.
