Here at The Recruitment Company we work hard to keep our team motivated, to keep things fresh and fun and to create a culture of success. So its always good to see that hard work recognized. Our recruitment renegades are pleased to announce that this year we have been recognised as an Employer of Choice in the Australian Business Awards.
The award is given to organisations who display certain characteristics such as “being a well-managed, high-performing, industry leading organisation that maximise the full potential of their workforce through practices that demonstrate effective employee recruitment, engagement and retention.” It sounds quite lofty but its definitely what we’ve been working towards so we’re very excited to be given this award.
Being recognised as an employer of choice by the ABA is a testament to the work done by Sarah, our People and Performance Manager, and the commitment to change and cooperation demonstrated by our amazing and quirky team.
But we’re recruiters not musicians, so we’ll stop blowing our own trumpets - no one wants to hear that noise in the office! We really just focus on creating an inclusive, transparent and trusting environment while having a bit of fun. We’ve even managed to find time to hit targets and make some money as well.
We’re really happy to be recognised as an Employer of Choice in the Australian Business Awards. We spend a lot of time, probably too much, thinking about how to make The Recruitment Company an exceptionally exciting place to work. It is great to have this nationally recognised!
