In this year's Great Place to Work list, GPTW have announced that The Recruitment Company are Australia's Best Workplace for the 2nd year running. The Recruitment Company entered the Micro Business Category (under 30 Employees). This follows an amazing year for the company with a lot of change and goals being hit.
The first time around was amazing, but to win it a second time really shows that the work we've put into building an amazing company for our awesome team is really paying off.
Interestingly, 3 of the top 5 companies in this years list were recruitment agencies which is an amazing step forward for an industry that has historically been more focussed on the bottom line rather than providing great workplaces. This is great to see.
