EASY 5 Stars for Sam, I'd rate him higher if I could. Recruitment can be tricky and I often find recruiters don't listen to some of the nuance I want for my roles which often requires a very refined game plan to shortlist quality candidates. What Sam was able to do was essentially find me the best candidate at the start of the process, but he worked with me patiently as I wanted to look at other options. Sam really knows how to empathise with his client, play back exactly what they want and then ensure for each candidate explain it in a way that aligns with the criteria that the hiring manager is looking for. Sam didn't waste any time, each candidate was solid and he really managed the candidate expectations really effectively. Sam made it easy, pleasant and the fact he is a swannies fan is really a bonus! I look forward to working with Sam again in the future for my recruitment needs at Pepper Money.

Sam has honestly been absolutely incredible. He doesn’t feel like your typical recruiter at all.
