Senior Product Owner

TRC is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our client on an initial 6 month contract  with a prominent player within the insurance industry. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead 4 product owners that shape the future of insurance solutions.

As the Senior Product Owner, you will be pivotal in defining product vision and strategy, working closely with the product owners and their squads to deliver on the product strategy. Whilst it is not a hands on product role your leadership will ensure that innovative insurance products meet customer needs and align with our client’s competitive objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product backlog, prioritising features to maximise value and impact.
  • Lead, mentor and coach the 4 product owners in your team. Providing constructive feedback to them and their squads on work completed & processes in delivering outcomes.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
  • Work with key leadership stakeholders to define product vision aligned with company strategy.
  • Collaborate with Director on longer term product planning, initiatives and best practices.
  • Champion the product vision and roadmaps across the organisation.
  • Be highly curious of what other organisations are doing and what technologies are emerging to future proof skills and roadmap.
