Senior Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale transformation projects, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of end-to-end implementations, driving successful outcomes and acting as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 programmes and projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Define, mobilise, and manage scopes of work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication and alignment between on-site and offshore teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to integration and data migration.
  • Guide stakeholders through all phases of the Validate–Construct–Deploy journey.
  • Shape delivery and release strategies, offering pragmatic solutions to business constraints.
  • Anticipate project challenges, propose mitigations, and keep delivery on track.
  • Identify opportunities for further business development within existing accounts.
  • Support wider market engagement activities, including proposals and business development.
  • Mentor, develop, and grow the skills of junior team members.
  • Build trusted relationships and position yourself as a strategic advisor to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in Technology & Transformation project management, working across both business and IT teams.
  • Experience delivering in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the full SDLC and end-to-end systems integration.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Finance and CE modules.
  • Solid understanding of integration, data migration, and ERP development lifecycles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership (CIO, COO, etc.).
  • Background in working with multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Availability to work on-site in Dublin at least 2 days per week.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable outputs.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and outcome-focused, comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Jira, DevOps).
  • Recognised project management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, PMP).
  • Consulting experience or experience delivering to multiple clients/customers highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
