Project Manager Part Time Contract (20 hours)

Our recruitment agency is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s team based in the APAC region initially on a 6 Month contract, with a great possibility of extension.  

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of  a Client's Payroll and Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) projects across APAC. This includes managing project governance, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with Group People & Culture, APAC HR, and Finance.

The role will ensure both projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with Group and local APAC requirements. The Project Manager will also oversee change management and adoption activities, enabling smooth transition to new processes and systems across their clients' APAC operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Delivery of Payroll and LMS projects across APAC - Cornerstone experience would be ideal
  • Worked with FMCG on Project roles 
  • Managing project governance, vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement 
  • Work with P&C and Training teams to embed Payroll and LMS process changes into business operations.
  • Delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high quality standards.
  • Ensure Payroll implementation complies with local labour laws, tax regulations, and Group audit standards.

This role is PART TIME - 20 hours per week!

It is a Hybrid role and able to work anywhere on the East coast - with a preference on Brisbane.
