Salesforce Developers (Backend) – Mid to Senior Level - Fixed Term Contract

The Services Company is looking looking for two Salesforce developers to join our client’s team and help deliver exceptional services.

Fixed term contract ( 6 Months ) - high likely hood of extension.

Salary: $170,000-185,000 (+ Super )

Location: (Hybrid) - Sydney NSW - Parramatta

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers with strong backend expertise to join our team. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), system integrations, and technical leadership.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, configuration)

• Expert-level skills in LWC & JavaScript; able to build modular, accessible, and responsive components

• Deep knowledge of Apex: triggers, batch/schedulable classes, trigger frameworks

• Strong experience integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs

• Proficient in declarative tools: Flows, validation rules, formulas, metadata, Experience Cloud

• Portal development experience: guest user security, custom login flows, access control

• Ability to define scalable architecture, reusable component patterns, and coding standards

• End-to-end development ownership—from design to deployment and support

• Skilled with Git, Gearset/Copado, and CI/CD processes

Nice to Have:

• Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
