Support Engineer Dynamics 365 - 6 Month Rolling Contract

My client is a leading technology consultancy known for delivering enterprise Microsoft solutions across complex environments. As they continue to grow their Managed Services practice, they are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Support Engineer to support and optimise business-critical Customer Service, Contact Center and Power Platform environments.

Key skills & experience:

  • Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Contact Center

  • Strong capability across Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps, integrations

  • L2/L3 support experience with strong troubleshooting and incident response skills

  • Understanding of case management, unified routing and D365 configuration

  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Familiarity with ISM, Essential 8, NIST standards (desirable)

  • Australian Citizenship required; security clearance highly regarded

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver L2/L3 support across D365 and Power Platform environments

  • Optimise configurations, workflows and automations

  • Identify issues, trends and opportunities for platform improvement

  • Maintain and evolve Power Platform components and integrations

  • Work directly with clients in a proactive, high-touch managed services model

This is a great opportunity for a proactive support engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and delivering excellent client experiences. The role is also open to most Australian locations including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane.
