We are hiring a Business Central Practice Lead to take ownership of building and growing a Microsoft Business Central capability within an established Microsoft practice.
This role is suited to someone who is technically strong in Business Central, commercially aware, and comfortable working in presales as well as delivery. The successful candidate will lead the development of the practice, work closely with account managers to identify opportunities, and convert pipeline into successful projects.
An internal Business Central migration is already approved and will run for approximately six months. This project will act as a reference implementation and a learning platform while the wider Business Central strategy, customer targeting, and delivery approach are being developed.
Approval is in place to grow the team, with plans to hire both a functional consultant and a technical consultant as the practice scales.
This is a leadership role with real ownership. You will shape the direction of the Business Central practice, influence technology strategy, and play a key role in growing a new capability rather than inheriting an established one.
