Junior Consultant / Project Manager

3 month contract (high extension chance)
Remote working, must be based in Ireland
Change management program

New programme of work with a leading consultancy who are undertaking a large change management initiative for an national government department.

Your role will be to help support a mid-sized team of consultants and analysts working on mapping existing structures and helping manage organisational change. This is an interesting role suited to somebody that has some consulting / change management experience. You’ll get exposure to a highly regarded and respected change management practice, there is a strong chance this could lead into a longer term role.

Desired Skills / Experience

1-3 years experience in consulting / change management / business analysis / Project Management
Strong project coordination and administrative skills, ability to manage day-to-day activities and documentation
Ability to organise and support workshops, capturing key outputs and actions
Experience creating clear process documentation (e.g. workflows, SOPs)
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Effective document management and version control
Ability to support training development and rollout activities
Understanding of data protection and GDPR principles
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience supporting testing and quality assurance activities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
