My client, a leading MSP, is hiring a Business Analyst to join their newly established AI & Automation practice. This is a customer facing role, engaging with organisations to identify areas where automation and AI can deliver measurable value.
Your Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor on AI and automation initiatives
- Lead discovery workshops to understand business challenges, operational processes, and improvement opportunities
- Identify practical AI and automation use cases that deliver commercial and operational value
- Translate customer requirements into clear recommendations and solution roadmaps
- Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to support successful project delivery
- Present findings and proposals confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support the development of my clients AI and automation service offering
Your Experience
- Experience in a customer-facing Business Analyst, Consulting, or Digital Transformation role
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify operational improvement opportunities
- Experience analysing business processes and gathering requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
- Exposure to AI, automation, Microsoft Copilot, or Power Platform technologies is beneficial
- Consultative, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
