PMO Analyst - Contract

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced PMO Analyst to support large-scale programs within the financial services sector. This role involves working closely with senior executives, including C-suite stakeholders, to help establish and maintain governance processes and cadence. You will work alongside Program Directors to ensure programs run smoothly, handling key administrative and coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate large financial services programs, working closely with program directors and senior executives.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of SteerCo packs, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate governance and cadence for program setup and ongoing activities to ensure program compliance and efficient delivery.
  • Manage meeting logistics, ensuring timely communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
  • Track program progress and escalate risks or issues to the program director as needed.
  • Maintain documentation and provide administrative support to the program team.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Proven experience working on large programs within financial services.
  • Strong financial literacy and understanding of financial services environment.
  • Experience liaising with C-suite executives and preparing SteerCo materials such as packs, meeting notes, and presentations.
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks and program cadence best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with program directors and senior leadership.
