Project Manager – Identity & Access Management (SailPoint ISC)

Location: Dublin (Hybrid 2 days or less)
6 months with possible extension

€500-550 per day

We're currently supporting a global organisation on the implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of this business-critical programme.

Working across Security, IT, HR and business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for coordinating project delivery, managing stakeholders, driving business readiness and ensuring the successful adoption of new Identity & Access Management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a large-scale SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks and key milestones.
  • Coordinate technical and business workstreams across multiple stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness.
  • Support training, deployment, cutover and go-live activities.
  • Monitor project progress, risks and overall programme delivery.
  • Ensure successful adoption of new IAM processes and governance controls.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
  • Experience working on Identity & Access Management (IAM) programmes.
  • Previous experience delivering or supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Security, IT and business teams within complex enterprise environments.

Desirable

  • Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
  • PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certification.
  • Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG or similar).
