Customer Experience Consultant

We are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our client's team based in Wetherill Park. As the Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support and resolving a wide range of queries for customers.  You will be working an eight-hour shift between the hours of 11:00am –7:00pm (during daylight savings) and 10:00am – 6:00pm (outside daylight savings) from Monday - Friday.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers through a variety of channels including phone, email, and live chat providing support and guidance
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Confirm and manage customer bookings
  • Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints

 WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Experience within a call centre environment desired but not essential
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured work environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Typing speed of 60 wpm and 80% or more accuracy
  • Experience with Salesforce, DOS systems or SAP is desirable
