Implementation Consultant / Technical Business Analyst - SaaS - Financial Services
My client is a growing SaaS business that has been delivering pricing, profitability, and ESG software to major financial institutions for nearly 20 years. As they enter an exciting growth phase across Australia and internationally, they’re looking for a highly motivated Implementation Consultant to join their Customer Success team.
This is a great opportunity to work with some of the largest banks in Australia and abroad, delivering complex solutions that make a real impact.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across banking and finance clients to gather, analyse, and refine business requirements
Configure the SaaS platform (including logic and scripting) to meet client needs
Translate requirements into user stories and technical documentation
Run workshops, onboard users, and deliver client training
Manage UAT, support the release cycle, and liaise with developers/testers
Act as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and clients
Create and improve onboarding documentation
Advocate for client needs to support ongoing platform development
Key Requirements:
2–3+ years’ experience implementing software solutions for enterprise or mid-size clients
Background as a Technical Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or Customer Success Consultant
Hands-on configuration experience (ideally within a low-code or SaaS environment)
Strong understanding of technical integrations (e.g. APIs) and ability to read/edit basic code
Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
Proven ability to run client workshops and user training
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced, and occasionally ambiguous environment
Experience with banking or financial services clients
Knowledge of financial mathematics or statistical concepts
Familiarity with C# or scripting logic
Exposure to clients such as the Big 4 banks, tier 2 lenders, or similar
