About the Role
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on bridging systems and building relationships? Our client is seeking an Integration Analyst to join their high-performing Data & Integrations team. You’ll play a critical role supporting our integrated clients by ensuring seamless, efficient, and reliable connections between them and their partners’ systems.
Reporting to the Data & Integrations Manager, you’ll combine technical expertise with business acumen—working across development, sales, and client success—to deliver solutions that drive real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PMS (Practice Management Software) vendors and their clients to ensure seamless integration with the platform, enhancing overall system interoperability and efficiency.
- Manage and execute ad hoc development projects focused on interfacing with third-party systems.
- Conduct business analysis through ad hoc reporting using SSRS and SQL, delivering actionable insights to support informed decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between sales and development teams, effectively communicating and resolving technical issues impacting integrated clients, ensuring a smooth and consistent client experience.
- Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate the generation and distribution of reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key metrics.
- Identify and resolve issues related to the integration of different systems.
- Perform debugging, diagnosing, and troubleshooting of system integration issues.
- Testing and validating API endpoints for proper functionality and performance.
- Use of languages such as SQL, PowerShell, Python, and C# for reporting, automation and integrating different PMS partners.
- Assist in writing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Gather and document requirements for integration-related projects to ensure that integration outcomes align with business objectives.
- Designing and implementing integration solutions for communication between systems and analyzing integration needs to help ensure compatibility between systems.
- Communicate with teams to help ensure that integration solutions meet project goals and integration deliverables are completed on time by helping track project progress.
What You Bring

Solid technical troubleshooting skills across software, configuration, and networks.

Working knowledge of SQL (essential), and ideally familiarity with PowerShell, Python, and C#.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you can translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.

A proactive, initiative-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.

High attention to detail and process discipline.

Experience in the legal or conveyancing industry (preferred but not essential).
