Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in AV technology (but not mandatory) to join our clients team on a perm basis. This role is crucial to the successful execution of their projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including task assignments and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.

Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing daily updates on project status.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and third-party vendors.
- Prepare and distribute regular status reports and project updates.

Task Management:
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain detailed records of all project activities and decisions.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.

Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet the required standards.
- Implement and maintain project management processes and best practices.

Client Interaction:
- Regularly update clients on project status and address any concerns or queries they may have.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their expectations.
Requirements:

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably with AV project experience but not mandatory
- Technology hardware project experience is desirable but more important is your expertise in project coordination/scheduling.
- Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
