We’re working with a leading technology team seeking a seasoned Programme Manager for a 12-month day rate contract based in Dublin West (hybrid model). If you’re an expert at leading complex tech programmes across cross-functional teams and driving meaningful change at scale, this role will put you right at the heart of transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading multiple interrelated projects across digital platforms with accountability for timelines, budget, and delivery outcomes.
- Engaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure programme alignment with wider business goals.
- Coordinating agile delivery teams, risk and issue management, and dependency tracking across a large-scale tech environment.
- Promoting continuous improvement and fostering innovation across delivery streams.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in senior project/programme management roles within fast-paced tech environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in matrixed, cross-functional setups.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead through others and engage senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record managing Agile software delivery teams.
- A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a focus on long-term impact.
