My client is a dynamic, growing IT services provider with a strong focus on cloud, endpoint, and data solutions. With a team of 10 and plans to double in size over the next few years, they’re scaling fast off the back of major client wins and a strong reputation in the market.
Due to business growth, they are now looking for an IT Support L2. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll manage and support devices across Intune and Autopilot, implement security measures through Defender for Endpoint, and work within Microsoft 365 environments. You’ll also contribute to ongoing projects and provide mentorship to L1 team members.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and support client devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Implement and maintain endpoint protection via Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Work within Microsoft 365 tenant environments and provide day-to-day support and configuration.
- Participate in client projects and internal IT improvement initiatives.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to Level 1 team members.
- Occasionally visit client sites (typically 1–2 times/month).
Your Experience
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices.
- Exposure to Azure is a plus (more work expected in this area in the near future).
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities across multiple clients.
- Full driver’s licence and access to a car is strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. Endpoint Administrator, MS-365 Certified) – if not already held, you’ll be expected to obtain a relevant cert during your probation.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior support team members.
