We’re partnering with a well-established international business to find an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join their growing Dublin team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5–8 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting who wants to make a real impact across Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, and Sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for BI tools including SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BW, and S/4HANA, coordinating with external vendors to ensure performance and continuity.
- Support the maintenance of the BI architecture to ensure it scales with the business.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver digital and data-driven transformation initiatives.
- Manage and support upgrades to BI software, maintaining alignment with change control procedures.
- Use SAP Analysis for Office (AFO) and Power BI to build and maintain reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into clear, impactful data visuals.
- Coach internal users on self-serve analytics and respond to ad hoc analysis requests.
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports and datasets.
Skills & Experience needed:
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Power BI (report building, data models, DAX).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analysis for Office and BW/4HANA (report design, data extraction, data modelling).
- Proficiency in SQL, and ideally some exposure to Python or ETL tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise data environments; exposure to Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
Business & Analytical Competencies:
- 5–8 years of experience in BI, reporting, or analytics.
- Detail-focused with solid data validation and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working across departments and explaining technical insights to non-technical users.
- Curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset
