What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of the internal technology team, owning the development and support of ServiceNow platforms across a broad range of modules including:

ITSM, HRSD, Virtual Agent, Mobile, and Employee Centre.
Designing and building custom and out-of-the-box solutions.
Collaborating in Agile sprints with cross-functional teams.
Creating integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Supporting upgrades, automation, and best-practice improvements.
Helping drive the organisation’s ServiceNow Centre of Excellence.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience developing in ServiceNow across multiple modules.
Strong scripting (JavaScript) and integration experience.
Understanding of Agile environments and sprint-based delivery.
Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
Bonus points for NFP or enterprise experience.
