Stable, growing FMCG client is looking to bring on a Senior Data Scientist to join the growing team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and deploy production-grade ML models that support real business outcomes
- Work across optimisation, forecasting, operations, logistics, and automation
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to uncover opportunities and drive decisions
- Mentor and uplift junior team members
Technical skillset:
- Proficient in Python, including key libraries such as:
pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Strong SQL skills for working with large, complex datasets
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices: model monitoring, versioning, automation, and deployment pipelines
- Comfortable applying A/B testing, optimisation techniques, and causal inference for business decision-making
